TpT Exclusive rules: what can you sell elsewhere?
From January 1, 2027, Exclusive sellers get 77.5% per sale but can't sell their digital teaching resources anywhere else. Here's what that covers.

Deadlines
Premium sellers must opt in by December 31, 2026 and comply by January 1, 2027. New and Basic sellers who join Exclusive must comply right away. Bundles of digital resources count as digital resources.
Questions
Can TpT Exclusive sellers sell on Etsy or Payhip?
Not paid digital teaching resources. That includes Etsy, Payhip, Gumroad and your own checkout. Clip art, fonts and physical products are fine.
Can Exclusive sellers have their own website?
Yes, as long as the buy buttons for digital resources link to TpT.
Can Exclusive sellers give resources away free elsewhere?
Yes, but a resource you give away free outside TpT can't be sold on TpT.
Can one store be Exclusive and another Basic?
No. TpT's FAQ says one store can't be Exclusive while another is Basic.
What if a Premium seller does nothing?
They become Basic on January 1, 2027. TpT refunds $5 per remaining Premium month and waives the $29 Basic fee.
Can I leave Exclusive later?
Yes, with no refund for the rest of the year and a one-year wait to rejoin.
How to decide
It depends on how much you'd really sell outside TpT. The calculator shows your break-even. Whichever you pick, keep a backup: TpT has no export button.
